Problem: Business owners miss leads that come in after hours, on weekends, or during busy periods. No human can respond instantly to every inquiry.
What I built: A fully trained Conversation AI bot inside GHL, loaded with a custom Knowledge Base covering the top 50+ FAQs, configured with intent-based routing (support vs. booking goal), and deployed across SMS, website live chat, and Google My Business simultaneously. The bot qualifies leads, answers questions in natural language, and books appointments directly into the GHL calendar without any human input.
Result: 30% increase in booked appointments within the first 30 days. Zero missed follow-ups outside business hours.

Best for: Dental offices, med spas, salons, coaches, contractors, and any business that receives inbound inquiries via SMS or chat.

Best for: Any local business that receives phone calls - HVAC, legal, medical, real estate, home services.
Problem: Every missed call is a missed lead. Most businesses can't afford a full-time receptionist but they can't afford to lose calls either.
What I Built: Configured GHL's Voice AI to handle inbound calls with natural conversation flow — the agent introduces the business, answers FAQs by voice, and books appointments directly into the calendar. Also set up Missed Call Text Back: any unanswered call triggers an AI SMS within 60 seconds to re-engage the lead. Built escalation logic so the AI hands off to a human when the conversation goes beyond its training.
Result: Client recovered 25% of leads that previously went cold from missed calls. Receptionist workload reduced by 60%.
ProblemBusiness owners using 5–7 different tools (email, CRM, booking, SMS, forms) waste hours daily switching between platforms and lose leads in the gaps between them.
What I Built: A complete GHL system built from scratch: custom CRM pipelines with stage-based automation, lead capture funnels connected directly to the CRM, multi-step email and SMS nurture sequences triggered by behavior, GHL calendar with automated reminders, and a reporting dashboard for visibility across all active leads. All tools consolidated into one platform.
Result: Client replaced 5 separate subscriptions with one GHL system, saving $400/month in software costs and eliminating 100% of manual data entry.

Best for: Agencies, coaches, service-based businesses, and entrepreneurs switching from HubSpot, Salesforce, or scattered tools.

Best for: Marketing agencies and consultants who already have GHL clients and want to productize their service into recurring monthly revenue.
Problem: Agency owners spend hours manually onboarding clients, sending invoices, and managing access. They want to turn their GHL into a recurring revenue product but the setup is complex.
What I Built: Configured full GHL SaaS Mode on Agency Pro: custom domain setup, complete white-label branding (no GHL logo visible to clients), Stripe integration for automated billing, self-service client sign-up flow, and a niche snapshot pre-loaded with automations so new clients are operational on day one. Set up tiered pricing plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) with different feature access per tier.
Result: Agency launched a branded SaaS product at $297/month per client. Onboarding went from 3 hours manual work to fully automated. Zero invoicing required.
Problem: Building a GHL system for every new client from scratch is slow and inconsistent. Agencies need a proven, reusable starting point they can deploy in hours not weeks.
What I Built: A fully pre-configured GHL snapshot tailored to a specific niche including lead capture funnel, appointment booking sequence, follow-up email and SMS chain, pipeline stages, automated review requests, and onboarding workflow. The snapshot is exportable and can be imported into any sub-account in under 2 hours. Clients are operational from day one with zero custom build time.
Result: Snapshot deployed across multiple clients in the same niche, generating consistent results and allowing the agency to scale without rebuilding from scratch each time.

Best for: Real estate agents, med spas, gyms, coaches, contractors, and any niche where the lead flow and service offering is consistent across clients.

Best for: Local service businesses - restaurants, med spas, dental offices, contractors, gyms, salons where Google reviews directly drive new customer decisions.
Problem: The client had a solid service but a weak online reputation mostly from old, unaddressed negative reviews. New clients were Googling them and leaving without booking. They had no system to consistently ask happy customers for reviews.
What I Built: Built a fully automated post-service review request system inside GHL, triggered the moment a job is marked "Completed" in the pipeline. The automation sends a personalized SMS within 15 minutes asking for a Google review, with a direct review link. A 24-hour follow-up email goes out if no review is submitted. Negative sentiment is caught via a 1–5 satisfaction pre-screen, unhappy clients are routed to a private feedback form instead of Google, protecting the public rating. Set up GHL's Reputation Management dashboard so the client sees every review in one place and gets notified instantly for any 1-star submission.
Result: Google rating increased from 3.8 to 4.7 within 60 days. Review volume tripled. Negative reviews dropped to near zero due to the pre-screen filter. Client began appearing in Google's local 3-pack for their primary service keyword.
Problem: A service-based client was losing 30–40% of booked appointments to no-shows, costing them revenue and wasting staff time on empty slots. They had a booking calendar but zero follow-up after the confirmation email.
What I Built: Designed a multi-touch appointment confirmation and reminder sequence inside GHL — triggered the moment a calendar booking is made. Sequence: instant confirmation SMS with appointment details → 48-hour reminder email with a "Confirm / Reschedule / Cancel" button → 24-hour SMS reminder → 2-hour final reminder. Each confirmation button triggers a workflow: confirmed contacts are tagged and flagged, cancellations are removed and the slot auto-reopens for rebooking, and reschedule requests trigger a new booking link via SMS. Built a "win-back" sequence for missed appointments — a 30-minute post-no-show SMS offering to rebook at a discounted rate.
Result: No-show rate dropped from 38% to under 12% in the first month. Rebooking rate for cancelled appointments increased by 55%. Staff time wasted on empty slots reduced to near zero.

Best for: Any appointment-based business - clinics, spas, coaches, consultants, salons, tutors, and service providers where a no-show directly costs money.

Best for: Any business with an existing CRM database that hasn't been followed up consistently - coaches, agencies, service businesses, and e-commerce brands with a lead list sitting dormant.
Problem: The client had over 2,000 leads in their CRM that had gone cold, people who inquired in the past but never booked. These leads were being ignored. No follow-up, no nurture, no reactivation. The client was spending money on new lead generation while sitting on a goldmine of warm contacts.
What I Built: Built a full lead reactivation campaign inside GHL targeting the entire cold database — segmented by lead source, last contact date, and service interest using GHL tags. Designed a 10-touch multi-channel sequence over 21 days: email day 1 (value-led, no pitch) → SMS day 3 (curiosity hook) → email day 6 (social proof — client results) → SMS day 10 (limited offer) → email day 14 (objection handling) → SMS day 17 (urgency) → final email + SMS day 21 (last chance). Replies and link clicks trigger branch logic — engaged leads are moved to a hot pipeline and flagged for follow-up, unsubscribes are tagged and suppressed. Built a second evergreen nurture sequence for all future cold leads automatically entering after 30 days of no activity.
Result: 22% of the cold database re-engaged within the first campaign cycle. 8% booked a call or appointment directly from the sequence. Client generated new revenue from contacts they had written off — with zero additional ad spend.
Problem: The client was running GHL alongside several other business tools - a separate booking platform, a payment processor, an accounting system, and a project management app. Data lived in silos: a lead captured in GHL never appeared in their accounting tool, a payment in Stripe never triggered a GHL onboarding workflow. Every connection required manual copy-paste.
What I Built: Mapped the full data flow between all platforms and designed a webhook and API integration architecture to connect them, GHL as the central hub. Built inbound webhooks to receive data from external forms and booking systems into GHL contacts automatically. Set up outbound webhooks from GHL to trigger actions in Zapier and Make, creating invoices in the accounting tool when a deal closes, creating project cards in ClickUp when a client is onboarded, and tagging contacts in GHL when a Stripe payment is confirmed. Used GHL's custom values and custom fields as dynamic data containers to pass clean, structured data between systems. Documented every integration in a master system map so the client could maintain it independently.
Result: All 5 platforms now communicate automatically, zero manual data entry between systems. Client saved 10+ hours per week previously spent copying data between tools. System documentation gave the client full transparency and ownership of their own tech stack.

Best for: Businesses and agencies running GHL alongside other tools - Stripe, QuickBooks, ClickUp, Calendly, Notion, or any platform with an API or Zapier integration, who want everything to talk to each other automatically.
